The Guam Power Authority advises that a power outage is scheduled as follows:

The area(s) affected include: Route 1 Traffic light, Tasi 17, Bayview Hotel, Oceanview Hotel, Tagada Guam, Pacific Place; and customers within the surrounding areas.
REASON: GPA crews will be performing maintenance work and repairs to improve power quality.
GPA regrets the inconvenience caused to customers in these areas, but the outage is necessary as a safety precaution while the GPA crews are performing this work.
