The area(s) affected: Tamuning: Uttams Electronics, Citibank, Dial Rent To Own, Shell Station, Ture Cafe, Lindas Coffee Shop, Bob's Whispering Palms and customers in the areas.
Reason: Crews will be replacing old primary lines.
